  Apparently a personality clash. I regret that I have a pre arrangement & I just hope when my time comes my family won't have to go through what I did in regards to my husband's passing. The head of the office decided it would be in their best interest to hand deliver the ashes, memorial box, and they threw in the flag and re-inbursed me the price of the death certificates in an effort to have me take down the scathing review I placed on Yelp. I amended it slightly. I was nice of the guy to drive from Roseville to my home. But it was a gesture more for Trident Society's image than for my feelings. Recently received a survey from JD Powers. I am an honest person. That is why this reads the way it does. My experience was not good and the survey will reflect that. The response may be that I was an extremely difficult and even possibly disrespectful client. Everyone has their opinion. And what other people think of me is none of my business.

  I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT BEEN TO THIS LOCATION BUT WHAT I REALLY DON'T APPRECIATE THE EFFECT THAT THIS LETTER HAD ON MY HUSBAND.
  I MEAN WHY SEND SOMETHING OF THIS NATURE TO ANYONE.
  THANKS TO TRIDENT SOCIETY NOW ALL MY HUSBAND CAN THINK ABOUT IS HIS DEATH AND HOW HE NOW WISHED IT WOUKD COME QUICKLY.
  IF MY HUSBAND GOES AND DOES SOMETHING STUOUD IT WILL BLAME TRIDENT SOCIETY.

  I worked with Diane, she was understanding, kind and considerate during a difficult time. She took the reigns and managed services. It was nice to have a competent and caring person take the reigns.
